We don't have a strict minimum order value, but we do have a minimum delivery fee depending on distance. Small pickup orders are always welcome if you'd prefer to collect items yourself.

Yes. For tents, larger furniture arrangements, and lighting setups, our team can handle delivery, setup, and post-event teardown. Setup fees are quoted based on the complexity and size of your rental package.

For peak season (May–October) and popular items like tents and Chiavari chairs, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead. Off-peak bookings can often be accommodated with 1–2 weeks' notice. Last-minute inquiries are welcome — we'll do our best to fit you in.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the event.

Absolutely. We encourage showroom visits at our Whitby location (516 Coronation Rd). Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, 9am–6pm. Contact us to schedule a time that works for you.

We understand that wear happens. Minor wear and tear is expected and not charged. For damaged or lost items, a replacement fee based on the item's value will apply. Full details are outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes. We offer bundled packages for common setups (e.g., 'Backyard Party' or 'Wedding Essentials'). Multi-day rentals and large orders may qualify for discounted rates. Ask for a custom quote.

We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cash. Credit card payments are processed securely online through your quote portal.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 6 days of the event are non-refundable — the booking amount is forfeited. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
