How to use the round chafing dish?

1. Add water about 1.5 inches in the water pan.

2. Keep the food container on top of it

3. Light the fuel under the water tank and let it warm the water , which in turn keep the food warm.

NOTE :  Keep the fuel  burning at least 30 min before guest will start taking the food to keep a good temperature.

The fuels usually runs for 2.5 hours approximately.
