How do we start?

You can connect with us about the date and location you would like to celebrate. We will need the number of guests and preferred location, so that we could find the venue for the event. Note, the venue will have direct booking with you, we will be coordinating end to end for you. We will take care of the coordination part for the entire event. 

We will then decide about the decor and any additional detail you would like to add. e.g Magic show or any games etc.

 

What all are included in the package ?

The package includes the below:

  1. Coordination
  2. Delivery , setup and take down
  3. Co-ordinating with vendors and planning 
How advanced we need to book ?

We will at least need three weeks advance contact , so that we have time to order the stuff we need to the event. We do not keep balloons and stuff in stock. We order them based on the theme and client requirement.

Can I have only co-ordination service and not the decor ?

Yes, we can handle the end to end function and can work with your decor, if you already have one.
